I took some serious thought to a 'RANT BLOG' I saw recently, thank you Andraya, and I have not openly expressed MY rants for QUITE some time. So I decided 'carpe diem', it is time to stop doing THAT and ACTUALLY express them. 

So here are my rants for today:

1 - This has ALWAYS bugged me - but today - it reminded me. Why when you go to the doctor - do they make you take ALL your clothes off and sit in a f**king apron and give you a large piece of paper and try to convince you that it is a blanket? Well, we ALL wrap it around our legs and fall for it - dont we? The WORSE part is that they leave us sitting there for like 30 f**king minutes? I wonder if they have a pool - or are placing bets or something to see how long it takes for us to get up and peek our heads out the door to see where the HELL the doctor is...Then the damn doctor is only in there for 10 minutes and they only check your throat or something - or just TALK? I mean - did I REALLY have to get naked for this???!!! It is CLEARLY cold out - it is SNOWING and guess what - there is a window in here. My FAVORITE is when they tell YOU it is cold in the room....and they have CLOTHES on AND a white coat on... see this paper blanket? this is NOT a blanket? it is a LARGE papertowel!!  see this apron -it is NOT clothes...STFU! Put a little bell in the room - and set a 5 minute warning before you come in and I will get naked THEN and put on the cute little smock and crap....Cause ya know as SOON as the little nurse whoc comes in FIRST to ask u all the question leaves, we take our clothes off IMMEDIATELY.  And do ya know WHY?? Cause that lying a** nurse says 'the doctor will be RIGHT in' - lying a** beeoch!!!  I am not taking the clothes off unless it is NECESSARY and guess who determines THAT one now....??? ME!

2- Men (this one is WAY overdue...and not applicable to all - sorry) - Part A- While women overanalyze the HELL out of everything, I think that some men give us every reason to. I think that there is a bipolar disease that is in a lot of men - and YES, I think being bipolar is actually a contagious disease. Here are my thoughts on that: I felt like a crazy person with many of my exes. I would always be BAFFLED at their version of reality. STILL, every time I talk to them and their mood is in the downward swing - it rubs off on me. The craziness. The good news is - that if you are not BORN with the disease and you have just been in contact with it - slowly the symptoms digress once the conversation is over OR 'End' button is pushed on the phone. I think that may be actually be a CURE. Because several times I have just hit END END END END END over and over and over after conversations and felt almost immediate relief. I feel like THOSE guys should come with an FDA warning. F**king Dumb Ass....stamp it on their forehead. Part B- Growing up and being taken care of. I have found that a LOT of men - still need to be cared for, taken care of, babied and pampered...i am soooooo OVER it. Grow some! I have met men of all ages who for some reason seem to have this sense of entitlement. They still need to be fluffed and told how wonderful they are and have their ****ing egos inflated... get over yourself. Heaven forbid you have outside priorities, goals, kids.... uggghhh!!!! Now not ALL men are like this - so disclude yourself ok... but - well, a LOT are.

My point is THIS....ladies with kids....moms, if you have boys - teach them to have self confidence, respect for women and for PETE's SAKE - cut the chord early and teach them how to be self sufficient and how to be a good man! I refuse to change diapers on grown men and I refuse to tell you how ****ing amazing you are for irritating my day, having me tell you how to be a grown up, asking for seconds before i can sit down to even START eating, snoring in my ear, bugging me on girls nights then ignoring me when i am home and asking me where the scissors are - when you have not even looked or if we have beer when it is CLEARLY in the fridge - but you refuse, for some reason, to even f**king look....

3 - Which is TODAY specific...I would like a cookie for going ANYWHERE today - it is cold out and I am from CALI and it was snowing while I was driving around going to appointments. I just think that I would like a chocolate chip cookie.... warm, fresh out of the oven - with a glass of milk or a caribou caramel latte.

I cant believe edge came in and won. And that jeff hardy wasnt able to be in it after what happened. I think Is cool that Jeff Hardy and HHH get to go against edge for the title at Armagedon.

Well, I just finished watching Gray's Anatomy. I have watched this show since it started and I am really starting to wonder where it is going? Izzy's dead husband is back as a 'ghost'? I normally really love the show, but lately it sure has me wondering what is going on!

I finished Christmas shopping today! Yay!! Tomorrow I hope to wrap some of the gifts and maybe do a bit of baking.

Do you know you are blessed?

I've been an MVP fan since his appearance on WWE television.  As a matter of fact, everytime I watch WWE programming and MVP music begins to blast through the nearest television set, I drop whatever I'm doing and mimic his entrance all the way until he gets to the ring!  I'm not the Universe's biggest MVP fan, but I dig the guy.  He's got great talent, his gimmick is gold (imo), and he's got this way of making you dislike him without doing anything but being slightly obnoxious.

But for whatever reason, MVP has sucked majorly for the last few months.  And believe it or not, fans have noticed this regardless of their love for or hate of Smackdown's most valuable playa.

Say what you will about the "highest paid superstar in Smackdown history," you can't sit anywhere without hearing a fan talk of their displeasure at the losing streak of MVP.   To be frank, I believe MVP is actually two and a half more losses away from rivaling the amazing losing streak of Gilberg.  Gavin Spears has had more wins than MVP.  And what really amazes me, Universe, is the fact that a majority of us really want to see him win ONE match...b/c we believe he's talented enough for at least that. 

For whatever reason, MVP has lost his edge.  Ever since losing the United States title, it seems like he's become just another face on the roster.  He has no drive to stay on top, and perhaps that's because he's got a guaranteed multi-million dollar contract, and despite seeing his loss record rise faster than the billions served at McDonald's across the world, MVP knows he's got  money in the bank, and he doesn't have to climb the first ladder to get to it.  In my oh so humble opinion, in order to get back in the game, MVP has to become that no nonsense mat technician that took "He Who Shall Not Be Named" to the limit awhile back.  I feel like MVP is caught in the same trap as Cryme Tyme and Santino Marella; as long as all four men continue to pander to silliness and smiles, they'll never eeeeeever see anything remotely worth a damn as far as championship belts are concerned.  At this point, MVP would be better off being the X Division Champion...it's not like he's doing anything else worthwhile, so why not give him a title that acknowledges that fact?

In short, here's to MVP's streak...hopefully it'll end soon, but you really won't catch me holding my breath for too much longer.

Day 31 of 56! 25 more to go! More than 1/2 way there! Only 3 more weeks left after Monday. By making it through the first 4 weeks, I've already proven to myself I can make it through the next 4 weeks, which is now 3, less than 4, more than 1/2 way, I can do this... I can do this... I can do this...

Yeah, that's me talking myself into the next 25 days! 25... 31... 56... Yeah, I'll go with the 25 please. Lord, I'm in that fake it 'til you make it zone. You know, that mode you are forced in to make it to your goals when all other motivation seems to have flown out the window?? Although sometimes it seems that it takes motivation just to be in the faking zone.

I swear, I have no idea how I am making it out of bed in the mornings. First off, I hate the elliptical and second, I'm not a morning person. So the fact that I'm making on that elliptical without fail, on top of being in fake it 'til you make it mode, keeps surprising me - morning after morning, after morning. I do have to say, somehow it's strangely the only motivation I seem to have right now. The fact that I'm actually proud of myself for just doing it despite all other desires right now.

Yesterday I found myself waking up just to find that I had been hitting snooze while I was half asleep, mostly asleep. I knew if I got up then I would be late to help my girls get ready for school. Plus, let's face it, I was tired and really just wanted to sleep, and that was a pretty slick excuse. :) So I grabbed my alarm, reset it for 50 min. later, and lay back down. 30 seconds later I found myself popping out of bed, turning off the alarm, and getting dressed.

I had convinced myself that I could have my girls help each other, and I could just shout orders at them on the elliptical. They're old enough to get ready on their own, and usually don't need my help anyway. But somehow I was able to magically convince myself<
